I would like to know why my withdrawal has failed as i have never violated any rules or guidelines. I have been a happy and satisfied player of dream 11 for years. I never faced such issues before. It is showing that my withdrawal of inr 10, 000 has failed, and the amount is also not returned in my dream11 account. I trust dream 11 team a lot, and hope you will fix my problem as soon as possible.

I had requested withdrawal of rs 7000 on 7 July . Now it shows that the withdrawal has failed and even the said amount is not added back to my dream 11 account. Kindly process the requested amount.
