[Resolved] Dream11 Fantasy — withdrawing winnings

Whenever I try to select verify to withdraw winnings options the app stops. Why is this happening ? I need the money urgently. Is this cheating ? I am very disappointed with this. We are guaranteed to get withdraw money whenever we want the money. It is happening from yesterday. Please look forward to it and take the necessary steps As soon as possible.
I am hoping this issue would get resolved by tomorrow otherwise I would have to take action against this app
