[Resolved] Dreamz Infra India — Booking cancellation cheque bounce | |||||
I booked a flat and cancelled. I waited for more than four month for the cheque to clear which they say It is their company's policy to get your booking cancellation amount. I visited the bank and got a reason that cheque will not process due to "insufficient amount" in account. I also visited their branch and they are giving all bluff comment and didnt gave me new cheque.
