My self sandeep pattnaik, i had booked a unit under sadan project on 8th nov 2015. after the booking, had received a numerous call from different dented, painted, unprofessional ladies. i have paid 7lakh amount and they had promised to start the construction work form feb 2016 onwards. also they said that, bbmp approval is cleared and they are just waiting for bhumi puja. After that they started avoiding me and avoided the phone calls, no email reply the behavior and attitude was completely changed which was completely unbelievable for me. In the mean time i came outside of india and there was no contact with bangalore. i am coming to know form different sources that, they have stopped the sadan project already.in that case, they did not communicate with me anything on this. it's already been 1 year and there was no update from them. Currently hearing that, there are always protest going on in order to retrieve back the public amount. they are cheaters and no idea how are they surviving bangalore without any support that to in "modi govt". There must be some support from high end, so openly they are cheating customers like us. upon inquiring, there are hell lots of complains are registered in police and court against this. My money is in a big trouble and crash. please help me to sort this out asap. please give your kind attention to this, because in this forum i am escalating on this and i am ready to go to any level at any extend if required. This is to inform you that, There was no hearing from Dreamz after a paid the amount and they never bother about you once they get the First installment(30%, 7Lakh) amount received. Actually this as the Pre-Launch project they came across and forced you to buy by giving so many exciting offers and discounts. This is their way to trap new customer and we (being innocent public) use to get trapped under them and make believe on this.
They just showcase the circumstances to you in such a way that, you will have to forcibly trust them. Till the 30% of amount is not received by them, they use to call you day and night(100 times per day) by various ladies with soft spoken tone. They will make your life measurable till the amount is not received by saying N numbers of reasons like for example: This offer is getting stopped, if you pay this much amount then you will get that offer etc etc. Having said that, even you will visit their office, they will take care of yours till your breakfast and lunch as well. Now i am realizing (not even me, there are Hell lots of customer like me) that, Those were completely like a Maya Jaal.
In my case, I had booked for Dreamz SADAN project and they did commitment to start the work on Feb 2016 onward and per them the BBMP approval and Bhumi Pujan were completed. There was no issue with land and documentation for SADAN land was completely clear and trusted.
In the mean time i came out of India for my assignment on Feb 2016, so i did not get much time to follow up on them and other side they were fully silent because they had got the amount from me already. How ever, when i tried to reach them, (The SPOC), some other person picked the phone and the behavior was Rude, Unprofessional, and adamant without giving any info about project. I was completely shocked. From that day on wards, when ever i called, i get different strangers voice form other side which asking me the reason of my call in a different stupid rude voice like i have loaned or borrowed some amount from them.
Finally 1 month before(Sep 2016)i came to know from other customer like me, that SADAN project was stopped due to some Document Legal issue. Till now those fraud people did not communicate with me anything on the project. My money is in very very big trouble. Like me there are so many customer and i came to know that there are many complaints and cased were registered against that company, Also shown in some local news channel Karnataka but still the company is running without any hurdle. With the help of goons and bouncers they are trying to scare customers and more importantly they Still cheat innocent customers also.
The information i am getting is, so many customers are protesting and going to their office to raise their voice and still no fruitful situation happens. Today(7thNov 2016) i have cancelled and terminated the MOU copy by sending email (This is to take the cancellation date from today on wards, Don't know whether this can be officially considered) to their official Id's.
As i am staying outside and due to current shape in my project assignment i can not come down to Bangalore right now..How ever i will come to on Nov 2016 end or Dec 1st week.
Here is the full story i have explained in a elaborated way. Please have a patience to read out fully and advice me to proceed further to get my money back with less issues and hurdle.

I have invested 15L as on June 2016 in the Dreamz Infra -Ekadant Project at Sarjapur. I have heard about the close down of their offices. None of the telephone nos. are working, and also the people who I dealt with either have their phones switched off or no one answers.
I believe there are many o[censored]s who have invested in Dreamz and are worried about the outcome. Please intimate me what action needs to be taken .Also add me to whatsapp groups created to address the issue. and keep us informed on the status of the company
