Drivezy — Fuel reimbursement not received

Rented a car on the 17th November 2020. I had opted for the car with fuel package. So filled fuel, kept the receipt completed the trip. Dropped the car and they told me in 24 to 48 hours the fuel money will get credited to me.

After 4 months and multiple emails I still have not received the reimbursement of ₹2000. They respond to emails saying they have a glitch and it will be done in 7 working days. But still not a single update from them and now they don't even reply to the emails.
