Drivezy — Refund not received even after five months
I had booked a car on Drivezy at end of Feburary for a ride on March 1st from MSPalya location and had to cancel it later as I was able to secure a ride on that day by one of my friends. After canceling it on the app, I was contacted by customer care to know the details of cancellation and was told that it would be refunded. At first I gave my UPI details for refund, which they said cannot be processed and told me to update my bank details on app, which I did and all this while I was in track with them on email. I updated to them on the email that I have made the changes in the app and they told me that it will be processed within 15 to 21 days and still they are yet to refund me till date.
