Drivezy — regarding my current bike rental

This is regarding my drivezy booking. Suddenly after 3 months i got a call from the drivezy support team, they were asking for money for my booking. I have not used the vehicle for the last few months, even though i had shared the meter reading of the bike.
I didn't get a single call or message for the past 3 months, not even the charges are updated at drivezy app. Now suddenly they are calling and asking for money, this is completely unprofessional.
After the time of lockdown i am trying to return the vehicle, but as the drivezy bike centre is closed and it is updated on google maps (Attaching the screenshot), i don't know how i would have returned the bike.
Even i had mailed them, but they are not replying.
