Drivezy — scam in taking extra money from customer

I had a very unpleasant experience with my drivezy ride.
Pnr : [protected] booked from whitefield, bangalore near varthur road.

I had made a booking from 13th may 03:00pm to 14th may 03:00am, i wanted to extend the ride for 24 hrs, there was an option to extend the ride in the app using which i extended the ride till 15th may 03:00am, post that my end time got updated in the app and i got a message that the extension charge is rs 350, which i thought i would pay while returning

When i went to return the vehicle on 15th may 01:00am, the guy incharge of that centre asked me to pay 1760, i argued saying i had seen its rs.350 when i extended, he replied saying i might not have paid the extension charge due to which the extension didnt happen, which was suspicious to me as the cause of the problem was very obvious to him and it seemed like a frequently reported problem.

I called customer care and was on call for 40 mins, explaining them that it was nowhere hinted in the app that unless the extension amount was paid, a ride extension wont be considered
And the app actively changes the end time as soon as i tap on extend which gives an impression that the ride is successfully extended.

I tried to explain this for 40 long minutes, after which they disconnected my call, and didnt answer the call again, i tried to call them for another 15 minutes and they didnt answer.

It was 2:00am in the night and i told the field guy i have to leave since its late, i cant keep on trying the cc number as they arent answering after the initial conversation, i asked him to reach out to his senior and call me as he has my aadhar card copy and dl copy.

He asked me to give my original dl else i cant leave, i told him he already has my aadhar and dl copy and once cc is available they can call me. But he didnt let me go.

I didnt want to mess with a ignorant man 2am in the night, i paid the amount.

Now its not about the money, i need an apology from everyone involved in this melodrama.

- the app developer who has no sense of the product functionality that he's developing.
- the customer care guy whom i spoke to for 30 min, who didnt understand a thing i was saying.
- store guy for his bad behaviour, who tells me 5 people have reported the same issue (Knows theres a miscommunication doesnt care to correct it)

I am not going to take a drivezy again, will also suggest people not to go for it.

Not correcting a problem is a big problem seems like a scam, not accepting is a bigger problem.

I am expecting an immediate apology, else i am going to take this to your ceo.
