I have applied for learners licence through sarathi on 08/11/2019 paid the amount as well however its still under scrutiny process not even moving from counter 2 scrutiny, once the payment is made i should receive a response in one or maximum in 2 months however not receiving any response ahead, is it like that if we will hire an agent then only it will move fast & if we are doing on our own it wont go ahead???
