[Resolved] Driving License — driving licence not dispatched

Hello, I have been waiting for my driver's licence (Application number[protected]. As per the website printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) completed on[protected] and the status is stuck on dispatch of the dl and psv badge ever since. May 30, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I went to RTO office and found that package was returned because I was not available at home, this is absurd as postman could have just called me on the number I mentioned on top of courier. Anyways I got the licence directly from RTO office after going there a couple of times
