Driving License — I am complaining about the process of my driving license

I have applied for permanent driving license and took driving test on 22nd of june. I was informed that i passed the test of mcwg and lmv and would receive text measage. My rto is faridkot (Pb04). Actually my friend also applied along with me and he received text message on same day of passing driving test. Moreover, his driving license is also ready to pick up tomorrow. But the status of my application is still showing approval stage. Kindly look upon my complaint and solve it.
