Driving License — Why online test is mandatory? | |||
What if a person who cannot read a question in 30 secs or is not educated enough to give online test properly but can drive a two wheeler very well isn't he eligible to have a LL/Permanent license due to this process he will not be able to give online test there must be some alternative for online test. I went with my mother for her online test she can drive a two wheeler very well and she was eager to have a license but as she is new for using a PC or computer for online test she is facing lot of issues in getting a LL. Now before learning a 2 or 4 wheeler is it mandatory to learn PC/Computer and what if a person is not able to read and answer a question in 30 secs.? I agree with u. Also the license department inspector is very rude. When my colour blindness test was going on he was in a hurry and not paying attention towards my test. He wrote in my license documents that I should get colour blindness check up from government hospital. He is unnecessary creating problem for people.
