My order id is 24877077. The sale was completely fraud as trying to order but the app server getting hanged, i understand coz of heavy traffic. Finally placed an order after hours of effort and filled complete details during placement of order as my address, pin etc. Name column was not mentioned anywhere during order. I got my order confirmed but few moments later they said verification failed and refund initiated, they didn't call me once. When i called droom customer care, they didn't tell me the reason of verification failed. After two days, i called again, they said ur name was not mentioned in your address. I said there was no column of mentioning name during order, they said we can cancel it anything without any explanation. Nice trick to make people fool, to leave a loophole in app and cancel the order anytime shown in lowest price of tempting sell.
