Dsc Hyundai — Cheated me and made to purchase eon offers

I am working as a HR in a reputed software company, Mr Vinayagam (Sales Executive) from DSC Hyundai came to my office gave me many colorful offers stating month end pressure so they are offering these offers (Free Registration, Free Insurance, Remote Key, 4 power window, seat cover and other accessories worth of 55000 and said on road charges also issued by DSC hyundai as offer, convinced me to sign agreement and made me to pay advance amount Rs 5000 and balance through 100% loan and, once 100% loan get dispatched to DCS Hyundai from ICICI bank he suddenly said that he cooly said he THOUGHT that he may get that offers unfortunately not able to get offer so i need to pay Rs 21000 extra to get my car, before signing agreement he promised he will take care of every hing just sign in agreement every thing will be in offer . HE CHEATED ME BY GIVING BLAME COMMITMENT TO MAKE HIS SALE, CUSTOMER'S DONT BELEIVE any DSC HYUNDAI SALES PERSON NEAR SAIDAPET all are cheat. I have taken this issue to sales manager Mr Sugumar even he is also help less i really got fed up so much because of this i was not able to face my family members i am forced to unwillingly pay extra amount to get my car from DSC Hyundai Its nearing a month time my loan got dispatched to DSC Hyundai from ICICI still i have not got my car delivered from DSC Hyundai. Customer's DONT Believe any one from DSC Hyundai better go for Express hyundai or Kun Hyundai or any other dealer, my friend bought a car from other dealer really surprised what ever they promised as offer they have given it no blame commitments with good customer satisfaction.
