DSK Hyosung — Low quality + highly priced products

I might be the First buyer of Hyosung's Aquila GV 250 in INDIA. UNFORTUNATELY I am among the first buyers of this useless machine, which people at DSK HYOSUNG call a SUPER BIKE and it's been 11 months, since I purchased this bike on 14th Feb 2014 I paid for it and on 18th Feb 204 I got the delivery. I started getting issues with my "motorcycle" in July (5 months after purchase). In August I was asked to change the Front brakes. And after one week of Changing it I was asked to change the REAR one's ( I did not pay for that as it was company's fault and they changed it after I had many arguments with them). But right After that I started to get issues with Starting the bike. First excuse from Hyosung was that bike did not start because there was no FUEL in the bike. I thought it might be possible so I did not take any action and asked them to fix issue, which was fixed at first. After 2 weeks of that I got the same issue once again - this time bike's fuel tank was half filled. That time they told me that there was an issue with RR unit with bike so you changed it, no charges this time except Transportation charge 250Rs.. After 1 month got same issue, this time you guys told me it was because of BATTERY malfunction... OHK!!After 2 months Same Issue, this time I was told that the CLUSTER or Wiring has some issue!!! Still not fixed, and last week again was broke down at a remote place at 11 in the night. The bike is at service center - I had to get it toed. (The Toe Truck drivers from RSA now knows me personally as I have toed it 4 TIMES FOR SAME FREAKING ISSUE)... This is one MAJOR ISSUE...

Now another issue:: I again had HEATED arguments for this issuewith a guy named Nikhil at DSK Hyosung Pune.

The new issue was Chain Sockets, I was told that I ride the bike very rough - 100-120 KMPH!! That's why my chain sockets are wrecked.. I called this guy at Hyosung pune - Nikhil Sadanand, he said I don't maintain my bike and because of that this thing happened...==>
To answer this, I show him the Service report -> Services are meant to be done on fixed KM and I got 4 Services done in time of 3.. 1st at 700 KM, 2nd at around 2500KM, 3rd at around 6000KM and 4th at around 9000KM... The service guys can confirm that for me.==> This didn't workout in my case so he told me that You Don't Lube your Bike!! The technician told him that customer's bike is always lubed and he takes care of that all the time..

So as I was not in mistake, this guy told me that IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN WARRANTY after having Half an hour of conversation where he tried to prove that it was my mistake but when he understood that these tricks won't work on me and I have taken care of a costly vehicle and changed the topic by telling me that YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THIS, that really freaked me out... I told him that I will go legally then he replied that we have EVIDENCE as you don't want to pay for this you want us to do it... Why should I pay for something that isn't my fault... It is your LOW QUALITY Product and you got to fix it.

ISSUE #3... Breaks
"This is UNDER R&D", that is what I am hearing since DAY 1 of Purchase... Bajaj, Hero & Honda launches many vehicles in 11 months period... and these highly educated people are not able to find out a solution for 11 months.Issue

#4... CHROME

Shiny chrome in new bike?? These guys have made an excellent material which looks like chrome but it is a Fiber / PLASTIC which has been melted in my bike.

I have mailed them once with the same text about all these issue on Friday - 30th Jan 2015, but it's day 3 and I have no reply. I mailed them asking "I am really looking forward to a response from some Higher Authority, who can confirm the R&D thing and I would also like to talk to someone responsible. If you can't fix my bike, Give ME REFUND"...

I have spent following amount on this bike since Feb 2014:: Motorcycle worth 3.5 Lac Rs. + 20000 for Free flow exhaust + 7000 for Breaks + some 900 for Clutch wire (Low Quality but I had to pay for this) + 10000 for SERVICE...

I can also provide all the Service bill (4000 Rs. per service) and Bill for Brake, Cluth wire, exhaust etc. Also 250Rs. for Transportation and some other things.

Regarding KA 03 HX 2820 After so much mails I got 1000 Rs from reliance Insurance a fraud insurance company.I paid insurance amount 7000 Rs last year and 5000 Rs this year.After accident 1000 /- Rs settlement.I did not understand the purpose of insurance. Hyosung and Reliance Insurance company having tieup and are involved in this cheating
