I have been in much vain since i have booked my bike with dsk hyosung.
Service levels are distressing. You cannot sell your bikes in premium category unless you treat your customers like one.
My registration details were incorrectly submitted to rto by the dealers and upon frequent follow up i was only disappointed.
I received by rc book after 9 months i owned a bike after multiple follow ups and appointment i took at rto. Dsk never helped me on this matter and then i came to know that dsk passed on incorrect information.
I have never received my insurance papers and did not receive any calls on insurance renewals and i have missed it.
I have never received any service/feedback related calls as these days even a bicycle owner/company do that. Your service level do not even match a company selling bicycles.
I have not received any communication on hyosung bikers group which should have been done immediately after delivery.
It feels like customers have been cheated exceptionally and i would never recommend hyosung bikes to friends & family.

All this delay and unresponsive behavior is forcing me to take legal actions.
