Charged 50rs for parking and entry in the lounge area are not allowable. They are seeking extra money for that also. Acc to them i am enterable only b4 20min prior to d movie timing. They are giving tickets 1hr ago counter tickets but no giving entry in lounge area just 35min before. This is totally ridiculous and pathetic behaviour from manager

My husband almost swallowed it and had to cough it up. We tried to speak to the dt supervisor Siraj and Sarthak to cc us in a mail with the concerned person and they didn’t give us an email correspondence.

I went to watch spider-man homecoming 3D on 14th July'2017 at 8:20pm in DT cinemas, DLF place, Saket with a friend. During intermission we ordered chicken penne pasta, smoked chicken sandwich and coke. They gave us veg pasta without the garlic bread and they told us they will deliver the sandwich at our seat. Dt. Mall has increased the rate of car parking w. E. F 7/4/2017
Earlier the rate of parking was. 30/-from 7th. They increased the rate without getting permission from sdmc. It is told that malls and hospital can not charge car parking but without accepting law the not only charging car parking but they are increasing rate with showing thumbs to sdmc and court. Hi, today i had gone for watching "don't breathe" a (a) rated movie (dt cinemas saket mall 8:35pm show) and was amazed to see a kid of just 4-5 yrs of age sitting (on h12-13) in the theater. it was shocking how parents can bring their child for such movies (a horror thriller) and secondly what the hell with the security check of dt cinemas staff. it was not at all good, both from parents and students staff.

I booked 3 tickets for myself, my mom & my wife on 9 th july [protected]@4.30 pm through book my show for sultan show.
Cost:1044 inr

After the movie ran for 1 hour there was stoppage of 45 min with no announcement, massive power cut & extreme suffocation. all the poor management kept saying was 5 min more.
After 30 min of delay & no sign of movie starting i left with my mom & wife as their health...

This is regarding a complain of your staff member at Dt cinemas Chandigarh who was at duty at 22.05 timings show of ZNMD movie yesterday at screen 3 (18 July 2011), the person was a sikh and he claimed himself as the manager there.
I went to saw the movie with my family, we waited outside the screen area till 22.30 whereever the timings for the show was 22.05, I asked the person standing there the reason for the delay in starting...

I went to see the movie Gol mal 3 on 21.11.10, during break i went to buy snacks from their snacks bar. i ordered for 2 coffees (Rs 100) One large combo(120) and one small nachos(65), the staff asked for Rs 310, which i paid.
