DT Cinemas — poor services & bad quality food served in their cafe

I wld like to highlight abt the poor services of staff & bad quality of food of dt cinemas saket. On 14th july17, we watched hindi film mom at 7.15pm show in audi 2. 10 minutes before the film started, i ordered for veg shell pasta in mushroom sauce & veg dimsum for my family. I requested for dimsum to be served during interval which they refused citing that they are not sure of delivery time so i had to cancel the dimsum order. For pasta, we waited for 10 minutes but they didnt prepare it. We were told to give seat nos & were assured delivery with in 10 minutes. I gave them our seat nos but it took them good 40-45 minutes to deliver the food. Inside the hall, in the dark the delivery boy was asking everyone arnd our lane whose order it is despite giving them the seat nos. I had to waive my hand & call for him irking other patrons for this behavior. When he came & told me it's veg pasta, it was an un-capped bowl & nothing near to what i ordered 'shell pasta in mushroom sauce'. I informed him & he said there's no shell pasta & this is what is available. I told him why they took so long to realize that & if it's not there, why the order was taken. I told him i want shell pasta only & he shd take it back. He went back & came back with in few minutes saying that this is shell pasta only & i hv to take it. Since my wife & kid were really hungry & other patrons were getting disturbed, i took it only to realize that it was the same un-capped bowl of normal pasta only. It tasted so bad, was a mix of white & red sauce pasta, half cold & half mild warm. My wife left it like that only & waited for interval to complaint abt it. During interval when i asked for f&b manager & apprived him of the situation, he didnt have a slightest remorse of the incident. He didnt even bother to call the chef. He listened to my story, said sorry & started talking to another patron. It seemed as if its a regular feature & he has nothing to do with it. I felt so angry & told him that such food cannot be given to dogs also & street food tastes better. With this, i dumped the food in dustbin & left without even a single positive reaction from him or the staff arnd. I would like to warn everyone that either they shd completely avoid ordering food from their cafe or if they hv to, they shd get it made in front of them. Their services & quality hv stooped to their lowest ever. I'll make sure that atleast my family & all known ppl are made aware of it & will request them to avoid visiting dt saket.
