DT Cinemas — Regarding cinema tickets

Dear Sir,

It is very sad to inform you that we purchased 7 tickets for the movie XXX- return of Xander Cage through book my show via booking ID W7RCNVK, on 14.01.2017 for 8.55pm show of the movie at DT Star Cinemas Saket. unfortunately, we had to attend some family get together on the same time. we sent our staff to the booking counter of DT Star cinemas Saket around 2 pm in the noon to see wheather we could exchange our tickets for some other show. The booking executive Mr. Suraj took the tickets from our staff promising that he would either sell our tickets or would return them. To our shock, he neither return the tickets nor he gave us any money. This is a highly unlawful act of cheating done by DT Star Executive to us. Kindly look into this serious matter and take prompt action
