[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — assignment c93698600 not delivered yet tracking shows successfully delivered | |||
My courier number - c93698600 to be delivered to dr rudra narayan pati, paradip odisha is not yet delivered to me but while i track it it's showing that it's successfully delivered. The reliability of dtdc is under threat and i am planning to put a police complain of suspected theft as it was a very important courier. The numbers given for customer support are not reachable and there is no suitable complain system in dtdc site also. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 14, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Today after 4 days of lodging the complain, I got the parcel delivered. The DTDC company or any authority has not contacted me in any possible way though. Front just dial I got a number of local DTDC office person and after calling a chain of persons I came to know that some delivery person has marked it delivered by mistake and the parcel has never dispatched to the nearest store house. Then the person of DTDC paradip, odisha helped me in tracking it and updated me regularly (Mr Manoj, DTDC paradip). He gave me the delivery guy number who delivers to my locality. I contacted him and at last I got it. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
