Our customer m/s. Amco batteries ltd., chennai booked one consignment through dtdc express ltd. On 31.01.2019 to their branch office at amco batteries ltd., g/16/49, transport nagar, near rto testing ground, lucknow-226012 (Mob : [protected] or [protected]). Our customer says the consignment not delivered to their branch at lucknow as of today, whereas tracking shows consignment delivered on 04.02.2019. There is no signature on the daily run sheet or seal of their office. Then where dtdc person delivered this consignment? Not receiving any correct reply from dtdc. Was this information helpful? | |||
