Have sent my important medical claim document from indore on dated 07/12/2017 (Which i have to submit to the claim company urgently), to hyderabad. Online uptade last 11/12/2017 that status was showing in website but after that till date 11/12/2017 status is the same. And i am taking follow up since last two days to customer care and person who is handling indore office, but from all the person i am getting different answer and actually the company didn't know where is my parcel as the parcel having much important document, so i haven't seen this type of bad service of any courier company. If my claim company refuse to accept document as it is not delivered in time than who will take responsibility. Was this information helpful? | |||

My courier was sent on 11/12/17, and yesterday 13/12/17 it was delivered at madiwala office but not delivered to my house. Tried calling but no response. It is very urgent. Tracking information does not show updated information. Very bad service. Kindly look into it as it is very urgent

Regarding to the Track No.: K20711465 booking date from Madhubani Bihar india: 27/07/2019 as mentioned in booking slip and online shows booking date: 30/07/2019 you can easily see the difference between booking date of slip& online showing date which denotes clearly ur service system very bad so need to tought action with your agent and correct ur system

Regarding to the Track No.: K20711465 booking date from Madhubani Bihar india: 27/07/2019 as mentioned in booking slip and online shows booking date: 30/07/2019 you can easily see the difference between booking date of slip& online showing date which denotes clearly that ur service system is very bad so need to tought action with your agent and correct ur system
