I am roopashree, the reference number is[protected]. I have not received

The courier informing that the address is wrong. How others are able to send

The courier. Its not the first time always dtdc office at red building mangalore,

Contact number of office is [protected] does the same. After lodging the complaint on 14th january 2019 in portal they have changed the status as reciever is not available. How it is possible when the person is in home for 24hrs. What kind of service is provided by dtdc.. By doing this kind all will lose faith in dtdc service kindly do the needful.

My booking at dtdc services in Punalur, tracking no.-R32037526, on 1st January is not delivered till 15 Jan at Bangalore. Please take necessary action of such delay of services. The parcel contained of some necessary items and was required to be delivered as soon as possible. Please take a note and resolve issues against such negligence.Thank you.

Please solve my issue. I have to get a courier that is booked at Pune in Maharashtra on 20th December.
In your website it is showing since yesterday till now as "data not available". My AWB number is a57054609. Please help me. Why the data is not available even if the courier is shipped. They are not even attending calls. Please solve this issue.
