Reference to the above subject i would like to inform that the consignment no B65199941 Origin location from Karwar to destination Bangalore has not reached to me till date, But in your tracking details it is showing as it delivered.

As this envelop is related to important medical paper of my father.

Please look into this issue and sort out at the earliest.

I had sent my office personnel to check in mutanallur cross DTDC courier office, Due to repeatedly following it up in DTDC office they where finally able to track that persons address and get back my envelop on 10.07.19. Also to inform they didnt come and gave me the envelop in the address i had to go to there office and collect the same and all the persons where chit chatting.

DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
