Your irresponsible staff did not bother to pick up the phone. It is a bhai duj gift which needed to be delivered today. If this problem is solved tomorrow, it will defeat the purpose. So do not boast yourself by showing this as "problem solved" in your website tomorrow and give the impression that you have no pending complaints. DTDC Courier & Cargo — consignment no H03639994 dated 18/10/17. I have already posted my complaint twice in your site. This is the 3rd time. Yesterday the tracking of the consignment in your site showed that the consignment has been delivered at 16.44 hrs. But the name of the receiver was found. I called up the consignee and found that she has not received the consignment.

So do you solve your problems by posting fake information in your website? I want actions against the people who have put up fake information to mislead the customers.

No doubt DTDC is called Disgusting Tainted Doomed Couriers.
