DTDC Courier & Cargo — consignment no-i[protected]bad behavior from dtdc employee}

Hi,

This is to inform you that i was inquiring about above mentioned consignment no-i03410795, in your branch-534, main road, ranchi - 834001, behind jayasree hotel, near radisson.

[protected] was the number i called, dtdc employee picked and behaved very rudely, he didnt even bothered to give me the status.

As a customer we cannot expect such service from dtdc.
We are paying for it and this our right to enquire about out parcel.

Please give immediate response.
