[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — consignment not delivered even after 8 days and the hub is saying they cannot trace and also there is no details found with the consignm

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

I courriered the consignment on 23/09/2019, from a jadavpur (Kolkata) hub, and yesterday when found out that it has not been delivered yet, then i went to the hub and they told me to enquire at garia station road hub, as they dispatched the same to garia station hub for delivery to the dispatched address.
Now when i went to garia station road (Kolkata 84) hub, the branch manager there informed me that there were no such consignment received.

Please suggest me what to do as there were various important documents.

Please inform asap.

My courier no. Z15437943 is not delivered at proper address at address.
My Courier no. V55666331 is not update at frequently location continuously.
My courier no Z15438060 also not update .
