DTDC Courier & Cargo — Consignment not traceable

In the month of January we have despatched 1no. DD of Rs. 22000/- & Rs. 500/- to MNIT Jaipur towards EMD against one of our tender through DTDC Plus Courier vide docket No. V57927349.

Since tender is very long process and it takes months to finalize the case & after that lockdown was also imposed.

Now receiver is denying of receipt of this shipment.

Requested DTDC Personal so many times to please provide us POD / receiver name / contact no but they are unable us provide us saying that after 3 months all data get erased from site.

Please help in this matter.
