I had booked a Consignment from Pune, Pashan on 19.03.2019 at 6.00 PM to Mumbai ( UCO Bank Kandivli) as the Consignment was very urgent so i booked on fast track paying Rs.290/- as i was promised it will reach by 12.00 pm next day. Consignment reach the Bank at 4.13 PM instead on 12.00 PM I am in a big loss due to the late consignment delivery. What is the use of fast track. The letter was very urgent need to reach before 1.00 PM as now it is going to be delayed by 1 week for my loan. As i am a senior citizen and the papers had to reach on time. because of you i am suffering. I need the compensation for the same against DTDC Courier. The most useless services i ever saw. Courier executive said rudely that if i found your house then i'll deliver the courier neither i'll not. I want to teach him how to talk to your customer.
