Dear sir/mam We have booked a packet by dtdc courier (Awb # z[protected] on[protected] but it has not been delivered yet at the destination and the company's website is showing the status of the same as "in transit". The complaint regarding same has been registered with customer care of dtdc on[protected] with complaint number[protected] but not received any communication or resolution yet. Packet was booked by idbi bank limited, sitabpur, devi road, kotdwar - 246149 Destination is idbi bank ltd, andheri (E), mumbai - 400093. Please look into the matter.
