Consignment no - x30075131 Date of sending - 15 nov 2018 I havent received it yet and its 5th day. It is clearly seen on the receipt it is delivered to unknown person, no sign, name, relationship mentioned on the documents. Whats the use of word express then. Nobody is picking phone and responding. Why soo much is charged when you cant provide the service. It has important docs in it which needs to be furnished to avoid fines. Its really shame on your team to spoil the name of such firm. And at last whatever will be the charges/fines you have to pay for that or will report a case on your firm name.
