DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier got stolen/misplaced in bangalore | |||||
I had booked a courier with ref no. B58521249 on 26th november from mysore. It has still not reached it's destination ajmer. The tracking is also not helping. I have raised this issue over e-mail and also complained to consumer forum and they have given a ref no. 1048244. The courier contained a mobile phone and has some personal pictures & data. The response from the local vendor is highly disappointing. Nobody is picking my calls. Today i have received a message regarding this but they have wrongly reported delivery of courier with consignment no. B58521239 instead of b58521249. Please look into the matter coz it's serious. The courier sent by Me has been mishandled by the courier agency. The packet was torn out, opened by someone in transit. Image of the same attached for your reference. Comment for the same has been mentioned in a delivery slip of courier boy as well. Tracking N. E75478849. The document is missing.
