My consignment # is z09360320. Yesterday the courier person called me and he said he is not ready to deliver the item to my home and rather he asked me to come and collect the item from their office Its so disgusting that the way the person talked to me. i would like to raise an official complaint in DoT if i wouldn't get the item in 1 day time.
