D32613253 booked from panchkula to vadodara on 9 mar 17 not reached till now. on tracking from last 7 days it is showing vadodara . but your local office did not deliver . while contacting on phone no.[protected] more than 30 times mostly they dont attend . or says today will be delivered from last four days. this is 2nd time i experience your very bad service. Please loook out the matter

Why anyone not responsible for ordinary courier??
