Horrible and ridiculous service...

Courier was booked on 6 jan. Still not delivered.
On website its showing already delivered and not got any single call from dtdc

I have already sent email to [protected]@dtdc.com, vpops.[protected]@dtdc.com, [protected]@dtdc.com, rajeev. [protected]@dtdc.com regarding this issue 7 days before but no one is responding..

If you are not able to deliver the courier then return it.
