Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that i have sent a courier having awb no d37645179 to ntpc unchahar raibraeli on 06/01/2018, before sending courier i have inquired that whether dtdc is providing service to the area stated above or not and i was informed that yes your courier company provide service for said area but now its more than 10 days my courier has not reached to its destination. Even i am not able to trace its exact location.

Therefore i am requesting you to kindly do needful.

Tracking id - M60773671
My courier from NAGPUR to CHENNAI with tracking no M60773671 is not delivered. MY Client is waiting for this courier from a 4 days and now it shows mis route.. What am i supposed to do.. Why ur service so pathetic.
