DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier not delivered

My package is in mumbai ghatkopar courier office since 9th feb, Courier tracking number is 'D48872270'. Its showing status as "Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))", but they didn't call me before any attempt. And even after 9th feb, no status updated not even for today. And there is no working contact number is updated online for dtdc courier service. Could you please ask courier boy to call receiver before making an attempt.
Since last 3 months i am facing 4th time this problem with DTDc courier service.

Updated by Prerna1207 i am still for the courier and my number is active, i didn't received any call from dtdc courier service and still the courier update is out for delivery. Could you please help with this, or ask them to atleast update correct status.

My suppliers one from Faridabad and one from Ahmedabad used DTDC considering reliable courier service but unfortunately both consignments has NOT reached us. As per internet Faridabad Cargo (Z[protected] has reached Bawal on 7th Feb and since then stand undelivered and Ahmedabad cargo (D[protected] reached Bawal on 9th Feb stands undelivered.
