DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier not delivered | |||
I have sent some item (Coupons of big bazaar) from dtdc (No-a[protected] on 4th july 2019 from kutch (Gujarat) to ranchi (Jharkhand). I have taken the confirmation from the reciepient, the item has not been delivered yet, but in tracking status it is showing delivered to recipient. The photo of the status is attached. My Courier Tracking no. was Z25098397. It was send from delhi to Barabanki ( UP) but since it was 5 days My parcel not deliverd to me..

I have booked a parcel for agartala on 3rd June 2019 by dtdc premium service which was supposed to be delivered within 72 hours. But to my disappointment it has not been delivered until now. In that case I want an explanation as to why it was delayed and also a refund of my expense which I spent on the service which they were unable to cater.
