Please check below shipments addressed to Raghuram T. They are not delivered, the receiver name is different - you delivered to a wrong person. The DTDC office in Kanchikacherla never delivers the courier to home, we need to go to DTDC office and collect every time, The person having this franchise is not delivering any package to home - Though you are collecting money to deliver the courier to home.

I have complained several times about the kanchikacherla DTDC office staff misbehavior and not delivering the courier but no action was taken.
