DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier not delivered to the receiver

I got a msg on 17/09/2019 that my consignment no[protected] has been delivered. But the receiver have not received the courier kindly confirm to whom it is delivered.. All the customer complaint numbers are not working what a bad service. And the number of courier delivery agent was also switched off since yesterday.. I want to know to whom dtdc company has delivered my order. Please it is a very important courier

Hii... I booked my parcel in surath on[protected]...i m not received my parcel till now... Tracking display is parcel is in return to surath.. Plz tell me reason..? Why it happened... Please solve my problem... and send my parcel...Tracking number is D53413196
