DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier not received/ very poor, bad response from your delivery person

Booking no: b65414705, courier not received, they have closed the case as door closed. The delivery person came to my house on 17/08/2019 and checked, at that time i was went out he left the place. Once i contacted a person in chennai at your office the delivery person attended the call, his response was terrible, is this the way to give proper response to a customer, he told me"this is our procedure, who told you to book on dtdc". The response was so irritating as customer, please arrange to deliver my item immediately and please don't send such arrogant irresponsible persons

I send one parcel on 23rd july from Bangalore and based on tracking details it is returned to Bangalore hub on 27th july but till today it is not yet reached my place and no executive not called me regarding the parcel. Moreover customer care is not responding.

My coriour is Vapi dtdc office in 14/08/2019 but the courier does not deliver to me, we will wait after some days but no response. please provide a solution shortly

The address given before is not deliverable by dtdc that’s why I want to give another address to get my parcel

I want to change my address because previous adress I have given that adress is not deliverable by the dtdc courier so I want to change the previous adress so that I can get my parcel easily
My shipment is coming redirected I wanted to know what does it mean no reply from DTDC tracking number is K32661715

One document booked from Visakhapatnam from 6th August. Till now it is not received at bbsr Hub. Please help to get this packet.
