DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier not sent on time and showing mis route

I sent courier thru dtdc from btm 2nd stage, bangalore to falcon mobikes, girinagar, banashankari. While sending on 4-oct-2017 wednesday the guy told next day it will be delivered and i paid 50 rs for that. But didn't delivered still and now it is showing "mis route".

What does it mean? Will this courier be delivered or not. This is highly emergency to sent the documents thru courier. But why such delay in your service?

My parcel id no. K03560758 reached from kolkatai to siliguri from 22nd Sept to 29th Sept 2017.siliguri collegepara branch didn't deliver till 2nd Oct 2017...as they said they r having holidays till 2nd Oct 2017
