I'm vinodh from chennai. I sent a parcel to sri city sez in andra pradesh with dtdc as it was very near to me and that was the worst mistake i have ever done in my life. The package was booked on 26th april 2019 and the online tracker showed that it was reached the right franchise and sent out for delivery on 27th april 2019.
But the update was same until now, 5.30pm 02nd may 2019.
So i decided to call the franchise number that was given online, [protected] and the name is mr. Srikanth.
Such a irresponsible corrector i have ever came across. I have called him atleast 10 times just to receive a text msg asking me to text the issue. I did and waited for his reply for more than an hour, but nothing came. So, i decided to call him again and after 2 calls, the mobile was switched off. Later i tried calling him after 3 hrs and again it was switched off after seeing my number. He was so lethargic to deliver the parcel to my destination which was within 4 kms from his location. I'm still waiting for a resolution. I don't think i deserve it just because i choose to go with the dumbest courier service. All my attempts failed even after calling their customer services 5 times. They literally suck at their services and i strongly suggest no to go with them.
