It is been more than 25 days now, i posted it from hcl technologies where an dtdc agent would pick up from the front office. There is no single clue and we have no information where the post is. Dtdc employees whom i called are least bothered to answer our query too and disconnects our call. When will we receive our post. How long it is required to serve our post to shimoga. No single call we have received though mentioning our contact numbers on the envelope. I need the post urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have a parcel from nextdirect england.the parcel was shipped on september 1st.after reaching india there is no further update of the product after 3rd of september. i tried 3 days continuously to contact dtdc but all in vain.shipment id-N96923953
