DTDC Courier & Cargo — d37745219 not delivered

I have shipped a courier from jaipur to ahemdabad.
Consignment no. D37745219. On 9th october 2017.

Near raipur mill,

Ahmedabad.
Kuldip a. Barot
On this address.
And now when still parcel not deliever to reciever so i checked so status shown reciever shifted.
But today few min. Ago 1 parcel delivered on this address by bluedart.
I am regular user of dtdc from 7 years but for this miss happening i dont want use your service. And i request with you please solve this issue as soon as possible.
And when i told with dtdc maharani farm jaipur office. They told me that i am rude. So plz tell me we pay for better service and when you not give positive response so what should i do.
