DTDC Courier & Cargo — damaged goods parcel

I have sent parcel of some fragile starbucks bottles and with due care taken and bubble rapped etc... I have even take the insurance cover... Kindly address my claim of ₹7000. I have bills to what have been sent. My consignment number is e75949094.
This parcel has been sent to hyderabad (500020) from mumbai (400050). These goods have been told to be handled with care. Even then such massive damage is not acceptable..

My post through DTDC with consignment number C90331903 was sent to mumbai from chennai was out for delivery but the tracking status shows "restricted entry" OTR.
I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter.
