DTDC Courier & Cargo — delay in delivery | |
Consignment was booked on 11.04.2017 with DTDC Courier from Duliajan, Assam to Darjeeling, West Bengal. As per tracking consignment could not be delivered due to non-availability of receiver. The reason is not sustainable, since addressee is very much available in the address. An email communication has been sent to Customer Care Service and banking on same a case has been registered vide No.11182906, however, no result till date. As per tracking record subject consignment is lying in Darjeeiling only. Hence, requested for early settlement of the issue. Was this information helpful? | |

It is very disappointing that within India delivery is bad, Even after tracking for 3 days the courier is undelivered to mumbai.
