DTDC Courier & Cargo — delay in delivery of item

It's been four days already since i sent my item from shillong and it is still stuck in guwahati. And i wanted it to be delivered to delhi by friday. But how is that even possible now? Can anything be done asap?? If this was the case i would have sent through other courier services that take lesser time to deliver products. Please improve your service and make customers your first priority. That is how you'll grow as a company. Otherwise it will be the beginning of your downfall. Please attend to this immediately.

I got a SMS stating that we are unable to delivery, but few days back only i received the coureier from Dtdc
delivery boy didnot call me also and saying that address issue
date of issue jan10,

resolution is card should deliver to me

The following awb number parcel is not delivered by DTDC and the team is not responding clearly also I did not find any complaint email address on website

Parcel was sent from Surat to Pune.
