Date of packaging : 23/10/2020 Date of recieving package : 27/10/2020 Complaint from : Swati Bhingare [protected] / [protected]@gmail.com I sent a photo frame without glass and a few other products with dtdc (Govandi Location), a guy picked it up from my place and I specifically mentioned the packaging details - Photoframe packaged separately, and products to be packed in a bigger shipping box from the one I gave the delivery boy which was too small for so many products. I mentioned multiple times to the delivery boy and the coordinator Priyanka on call and on text to pack it very carefully since it was a gift and especially the photo frame was handmade. 1. It was still packed together, products and frame, 2. MY PHOTO FRAME BROKE as told and showed to me by the reciever 3. and the products was still packed in that same small box, because of which some of it got mended due to the tighter packaging. I have attached the photos of the damaged product recieved, the payment reciept through google pay and the chat with the coordinator priyanka. Requesting a full refund.
