DTDC Courier & Cargo — delivery issue

My tracking number is r32242790. I didn’t receive the courier yet but in website it says successfully delivered. No response from customer service. Couldn’t contact customer support. I have been trying for last two days. It’s hust irritating. I ordered the product from buy from kerala two weeks ago and now even they are not taking responsibility. I faced other delivery issues with dtdc already. They fake the details website.
